Second floor framing is taking place at our Gilbert Avenue Residence, and it's giving us a preview of the trees and sky we'll be seeing through the bedroom windows.
Our Waverley Street Residence was just featured in a Houzz article titled "12 Ideas from Stunning Fall Gardens". It's true that the persimmon tree bears brilliant orange fruit, and extends the enjoyment of this courtyard well into the fall season. And it also helps to have architectural elements, such as the exposed carport rafters, echo and enhance the warm tones of fall.
The natural T&G ceiling in the master bedroom is looking lovely. Once the painter's tape is removed, these window will help frame the view of the mature grapefruit tree outside.
The new living room corner window is bringing in a lot of sunlight. It's amazing how a simple change can transform a whole room.
Demolition is well under way at our Gilbert Avenue Residence. This former one-story home will transform into a two-story modern farmhouse when finished. Stay tuned!
Our Knott Street Residence was featured on Houzz! These phone/pocket cubbies were part of a mud room design that we did to convert a former breakfast nook. Smart storage can be light-filled and attractive, too!
Our La Donna Avenue Residence project is in the midst of the Schematic Design phase, when it's important to understand the overall massing and daylight patterns. Natural light is a big priority in all of our projects. The play of light and shadow in this interior view of the 3D model is getting us excited about the real space to come.
